TWS can manufacture new screws and screw segments to be a direct replacement of your old worn out parts.

We offer three options for measuring and manufacturing your replacement parts.

Option 1, we can visit your premises and take accurate measurements and produce a cad drawing to make your parts from

Option 2, send us your screw by courier an we will measure and produce a cad drawing to manufacture your screws from and send you screw back to you within 48 hrs.

Option 3, send your screw for refurbishment which we can (in most cases) do a quick turnaround, at the same time we can measure your screw and produce a cad drawing (witch we can use at a later date to manufacture a new screw)

Once we have manufactured your replacement screw we can fully refurbish your old screw to an as new condition therefore giving you a spare screw to rotate between production and refurbishment.
